Given that I have expressed all the good things I think about Adam Johnson and his extensive body of work many times over already, today, allow me to focus solely on one of the most relentless individuals in Europe, the man whom I believe is responsible for one of the most impressive careers this side of the Ocean, spawning well over the last decade.
In times where 540 kindgrinds were nothing more than the random combination of a number and a word, the kid then known as Enanoh was landing those on down rails already. As for the 15 years that have since passed, his résumé speaks volumes: from his flow spot on USD and AM position at Razors to getting a (gorgeous) pro skate for SSM, from the early Ignition tours to his neverending Balas Perdidas adventures, from his independent ABEC print zine to his many endorsements from brands such as Ground Control, You Are Here wheels and Create Originals, the dwarf grew up strong and managed to stand tall, always.
More outstanding even, is the constant and always high-level video content he's managed to produce in that span. Rare are the Europeans who’ve put out more than a handful of parts, and the fingers on both your hands won't nearly suffice to count Enanoh's full sections. Locally, in Spanish projects and his own Seis de Bastos video, and internationally, with parts in Brandon Negrete’s Regardless, Adam Johnson’s Pariah, Brian Shima’s 666 Series or Jonas Hansson’s Traitement, not to forget the countless full-length online pieces for his various sponsors: Marc Moreno has one of the heaviest, most respectable back catalogs out there.
“Rare are the Europeans who’ve put out more than a handful of parts, and the fingers on both your hands won't nearly suffice to count Enanoh's full sections.”
With Revolta, he now adds one more piece to the puzzle, and a solid one at that. Teaming up once again with Vibralux head honcho for the brand’s tenth VOD installment, el hombre Moreno put his extensive street knowledge of Barcelona to good use, tearing his hometown a new one and bringing you a whole bunch of spots you’ve never seen before. As for his skating skills, it’s just as extensive, and Revolta is filled with kink rails, wallrides, weird banks, and overall creative spots Marc shreds with his classic, flawless style. At this point anyway, you already know this is well worth your hard-earned money, and at a rate of 10 cents a clip, this is just about the best way to spend it I can think of!
Yet another proof that sometimes, the best just never rest.
